7-Day Return Policy
Try D'Cal at home. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of delivery, return it for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email sales@befach.com within 7 days of delivery
- Mention your order number and reason for return
- We'll arrange a free reverse pickup
- Once we receive and inspect the product, refund is processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
Return Conditions
- Product must be in original packaging
- Should not be damaged due to misuse
- All accessories (adapters, guides, warranty cards) must be returned
Replacement Warranty
D'Cal cartridges carry a 6-month free replacement warranty. If the product malfunctions due to manufacturing defects within 6 months, we'll replace it free of cost.
